What to Expect

• We travel to Houma, New Orleans and the surrounding areas
• We bring Everything needed for an unforgettable dining experience!
• Drinks are not included
• We require approximately 30 minutes for setup and takedown
• Approximately 1 hour of cooking
• We occupy roughly 12x12ft once set up
• Porches, Patios, and other shaded areas are preferred
• Grill-Side seating is available if space accepts it
• Travel fee is calculated at $1 a mile both ways from zip 70344
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we have to cancel
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 40% of the total bill. This is to cover the cost of food products.
• There is no minimum # of guests, however we do have a minimum charge of $500 not including travel fee.
